LEMON Fused Olive Oil - Spain

This all-natural Lemon Pressato olive oil is produced by crushing the olives and lemons simultaneously in the same press without the use of any added essences or flavors. This process allows for the essential oils from the lemon to harmonize with the oil from Arbequina olives.  Produced in the Murcia region of Spain, in a  Southeast coastal, sub-tropical region of Spain is known for its premium Citrus, peppers and aromatic herbs.

Try drizzled over sauteéd vegetables for added zest and brightness, toss into a grain salad or use to make a delicious homemade aioli. A very intense lemon-forward oil.
