COCONUT Balsamic Vinegar (White)

Our Coconut White Balsamic is wonderfully sweet, pleasingly tart with all natural flavor of coconut. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade and is divine paired with our Lime, Blood Orange, Garlic, or Toasted Sesame Oil.
My favorite recipe is 1 part Lime infused olive oil to 1 part Coconut white balsamic and drizzle over fresh fruit bowl; pineapple, mango, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry. This is the very popular salad I served at our shop tasting parties for 10 years.
