TOC has evolved over a decade based on founder Susan Pappas’s love for Gold Medal-winning small batch Olive Oil and exquisite balsamic vinegars.
The True Olive Connection customers recognized the profound difference between supermarket olive oil and a great EVOO. Customers also realized that both EVOO and balsamic vinegars could be used in ways that they hadn’t realized in the past by learning how to pair combinations of infused and fused EVOOs and balsamic vinegars.

Our store, Outside-In, was established in 1996 and has grown and blossomed over the years. We are proud to have many loyal repeat customers, tourists visiting the area who come to explore our flavors, and those with second homes in the area who seasonally shop at our store.
