Conference Pear - Fennel - Dried Ham – Mustard Appetizer

Ingredients:
  • 100 g Cream
  • 20 g Twins Kitchen Champagne Mustard
  • 5 g Lemon juice
  • 5 g Honey
Mix all the ingredients for the mustard sauce. Whip. Season to taste. Pizza dough
  • Fresh premade pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika powder
  • 100 g Blue Cheese of your choice mild, rich, and creamy is the most important factor
  • 2 Conference Pears
Roll out the pizza dough to the desired thickness. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika powder. Crumble the blue cheese on it. Slice the pear and arrange on the pizza. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C, until the edges are colored golden brown. Toppings

  • 50 g Arugula or small leaf farm greens that have a nice robust flavor
  • 5 slice Ganda ham
Slice the fennel. Mix with the arugula and add some olive oil. Season to taste. Spread over the pizza and finish with some shredded ham. Divide into equal pieces and serve with the mustard sauce.
